Booking
A shipment is accepted when we pick it up or when you drop it at a branch. Prices are calculated from the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Packing
The sender must pack goods safely for the chosen mode of transport and describe them truthfully. We may open and inspect packages where the law requires it.
Liability
Without insurance our liability is limited to ৳1,000 per shipment. With cargo insurance, loss or damage is covered up to the declared value.
Claims
Report damage or loss within 7 days of delivery with photos and the packing list.
Payment
Charges are due before dispatch unless you have a credit account. Cash-on-delivery amounts are paid out to the sender within 3 working days of delivery.
